With first-class facilities and a superb countryside location, the new purpose-built Central House office building in Harrogate offers professional and high-specification business accommodation. TBS Fabrications Ltd were delighted to be involved in the prestigious development and worked closely with the fit-out team at Waterhouse to deliver a stylish washroom design.

TBS’ Genesis range of washroom cubicles is perfect for specification in high-traffic areas such as office environments and was thus the ideal choice to create durable washroom facilities at Central House. Manufactured from solid grade laminate, the Genesis washroom cubicle offers effective protection against wear and tear, water and humidity and can be specified as toilet, shower or changing cubicles.

The requirement at Central House was for stylish yet robust washroom facilities and this was achieved with the installation of bespoke Genesis washroom cubicles in a striking beech laminate with special height doors and floor-to-ceiling pilasters. Frosted glass urinal screens and luxurious solid surface vanity tops added the perfect finishing touch to complete the new washrooms.
